Install requirements:

```
Clone pokeemerald & agbcc, and Build agbcc
```bash
git clone https://github.com/pret/pokeemerald
git clone https://github.com/pret/agbcc
cd agbcc && ./build.sh
./install.sh ../pokeemerald
```
Build the ROM:
```bash
cd ../pokeemerald
gmake
```
